1. Ask the company to invite you
To access your portfolio, the company where you hold shares must have an account on Unlisted.
Ask the company manager to invite you as a stakeholder.
β
You can share this guide with them if needed:
β Managing your stakeholders
2. Accept the invitation
Once you are invited, you will receive an invitation email.
Open the email
Click the invitation link
Follow the steps to access your portfolio
If you do not yet have an Unlisted account, you will be asked to create one.
Important: Use the same email address
When creating your account, you must use the same email address that received the invitation.
This also applies if you sign up using Google or LinkedIn.
The email connected to your Google or LinkedIn account must match the email address that received the invitation.
If the emails do not match, you will not be able to see your shares in your portfolio.
3. Confirm your email and enter your information
During the process, you will:
Confirm your email address
Enter your first and last name
Once this is done, you will be taken directly to your portfolio.
If you created an account without clicking the invitation link
If you have created your account directly from the Unlisted website instead of using the invitation link:
Go back on the invite and click on the link there
Log in if needed
If you have multiple invites, you will see them and pick the one you want to start with. If you have only one invite, you will be directed to your portfolio.
You can then see the company cap table if the company has decided to share it, and the shares you own.
Access through signing an agreement
You may also get access to your portfolio when signing an agreement through Unlisted.
