Upgrading your subscription plan

As your company grows, you may need access to more features, additional stakeholders, or advanced ownership management tools. Upgrading your subscription only takes a few minutes and can be done directly from your Unlisted account.

Before you start

You need to have at least a Freemium account before you can upgrade your subscription.

Upgrade your subscription

  1. Log in to your Unlisted account.

  2. In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click Company settings.

  3. Open the Plan & Billing section.

  4. You will see your current subscription and the available plans.

  5. Choose whether you want to view monthly or yearly pricing.

Upgrading to the Start plan

If you want to upgrade to the Start plan:

  1. Click Buy now.

  2. Enter your payment card details.

  3. Confirm your purchase.

Your subscription will be upgraded automatically.

Upgrading to Start +, Growth or Scale

For the Start +, Growth and Scale plans:

  1. Click Get a quote.

  2. Complete the contact form.

  3. Our team will get in touch with you to schedule a meeting.

During the meeting, we'll discuss your company's needs and recommend the subscription that fits you best.

Is the Start plan right for you?

The Start plan is designed for early-stage companies that are beginning to structure their ownership.
​

With the Start plan you can:

  • Manage up to 10 stakeholders

  • Create 1 financial instrument

  • Use 1 share class

  • Start creating equity incentive agreements (ESOPs) for your first employees

  • Access the Fully Diluted features to understand the impact of future fundraising and ownership decisions

  • Submit your Aksjonærregisteroppgaven (Shareholder Register Report) directly through Unlisted

This makes the Start plan a great choice for companies preparing for growth while keeping their ownership structure organised.

Adding more equity incentive holder seats

No matter which subscription plan you have, you can increase the number of equity incentive holder seats if you need to create more ESOP agreements.


Additional seats can be added directly from the platform. Billing is handled automatically based on the number of seats you use.
