The transactions page in your Unlisted portfolio gives you a clear overview of all movements between you and the companies you’re involved with, whether you’ve bought, been granted, or converted shares.

The transaction page is your personal record of ownership activity, ensuring full transparency and easy tracking of every equity event.

You can access it from the menu on the left side of your screen under “My transactions.”

What you can do on the transactions page

On this page, you can:

  • View all transactions between you and your companies

  • Access detailed information about each transaction

  • Track your share history and related financial details

View all your transactions

The main view lists all transactions that have taken place between you and the companies you’re connected with, including share issuances, purchases, option exercises, or conversions.


This provides a full historical overview of how your ownership has evolved over time.


See the details of each transaction

Click on any transaction to open its detail view.
Here, you’ll find complete information, including:

  • Number of shares involved

  • Price per share

  • Total transaction amount

  • Share class (e.g., Ordinary, Preferred, RSAs, etc.)

  • Share number (ID), the unique identifier assigned to your shares

This level of detail ensures you always know exactly what was issued, when, and under what terms.


Keep track of your equity activity

The transactions page acts as your personal ledger, helping you monitor your ownership changes over time.
