You can edit both program-based and stand-alone agreements as long as their status is draft.
How to edit an agreement
Go to the “Incentive agreements” page from the left menu.
Find the agreement you want to edit.
Make sure the agreement is in draft status - only drafts can be changed.
Click the three dots on the agreement card.
Select “Edit”.
A side panel will open where you can update any part of the agreement:
Receiver
Number of shares/options
Purchase or exercise price
Vesting details
Terms and clauses
Dates
Documents
When you’re done, click “Save” to update the draft agreement.
After activation
Once an agreement has been granted, accepted, or signed, it becomes active, and editing is no longer possible.
If changes are needed at that stage, you must:
terminate the agreement, or
create a new corrected agreement
This ensures legal compliance.
