The valuation page shows how your company's valuation has evolved over time, compares it with the fully diluted valuation, and provides access to all related details and historical records. The valuation added here is used to calculate the value of each shareholder's holdings and also the value of equity incentives.
You’ll find this page in the left-hand menu under “Valuation.”
What you can do on the valuation page
On this page, you can:
View your company valuation and fully diluted valuation
Review share prices and calculation methods
Check total shares (actual and fully diluted)
Access key company metrics such as nominal share value and share capital
Explore and manage the valuation history and related events
Let’s look at each section:
Company valuation and fully diluted valuation
At the top of the page, you’ll find the company’s current valuation displayed in numbers.
You’ll also see the fully diluted valuation, which takes into account all potential shares (such as options, convertibles, or warrants) and the capital they represent.
Under these numbers, a graph illustrates the company’s valuation history, showing how it has evolved since the company’s creation, with each major event plotted along the timeline.
Tip: Hover over points on the graph to see specific valuation dates and details.
Share price overview and calculation methods
Below the valuation summary, you’ll find the share price section, which shows:
The current share price
The share price on a fully diluted basis with different calculation methods.
This provides transparency into how share prices are derived and helps you understand the relationships among valuation, total shares, and ownership dilution.
Total shares, actual and fully diluted
This section shows the total number of shares in circulation under two perspectives:
Actual total shares: based on currently issued shares
Key company metrics
Further down, you’ll find a series of important figures summarizing your company’s equity data:
Nominal share value (for select contries)
Share capital
Tax value per share (previous year) (for select countries)
Total tax value (previous year) (for select countries)
These values provide essential information for accounting, financial reporting, and tax documentation.
Valuation history and events
At the bottom of the page, you’ll see a valuation history board that lists all past valuation events.
For each event, you can view:
The date of the valuation
The title and description
The editor (who created or updated it)
Any attached documents (such as valuation reports or board decisions)
The amount of the valuation
You can also edit or delete past events directly from this board to keep your history accurate and up to date. Click the three dots next to the event, then select your preferred action.
Conclusion
The valuation page in Unlisted provides a comprehensive, dynamic view of your company’s value.
It’s your central hub for tracking and managing how your company’s value evolves over time, both in classic and fully diluted perspectives.
