This page gives you a complete overview of every agreement, its status, vesting progress, and all actions you can take on it.

You can access it from the left-hand menu under “Incentive agreements.”

What you can do on the incentive agreements page

On this page, you can:

  • View a summary of all incentive agreements in your company

  • Review programs and their agreements

  • Access detailed information for each agreement

  • Take specific actions depending on the agreement’s status

  • Manage stand-alone agreements

Let’s explore each part :

Incentive agreements summary

At the top of the page, you will see a summary panel showing key metrics across all incentive agreements:

  • Combined value of all agreements

  • Current share price (based on your company settings and valuation)

  • Total shares vested

  • Total shares remaining to vest

  • Total outstanding options across all stock option agreements

  • Total potential exercise value (the total cost for incentive holders if all outstanding options were exercised)

This summary helps you quickly understand how your entire incentive plan is evolving.

Programs and their agreements

Below the summary, you will find all your programs (e.g., stock option or Restricted Stock Award (RSA)) and the agreements attached to each.

Program details include:

  • Whether the program is approved

  • Type of equity included (Stock Options or RSAs)

  • Cliff duration

  • Vesting period

Each program serves as a container for multiple agreements issued under the same rules.

Agreements inside each program

For every agreement, you will see:

  • Receiver’s name

  • Vesting progress

  • Start date and end date

  • Expiry date

  • Status (Active, Terminated, Draft, Granted, Waiting for Manager, Complete, Expired)

  • Whether the stakeholder has been invited to Unlisted as a user or not

  • Terms of the agreement

Viewing agreement details

Click on any agreement to open its dedicated page.
There, you will see:

  • The full details of the agreement

  • What the stakeholder sees in their Portfolio (refer to the Portfolio article)

  • All documents attached to the agreement

  • Vesting timelines, values, and share information

This allows you to follow every agreement with full transparency.

Next to each agreement, the three-dot menu provides access to actions based on the agreement's type and status. Each action will open a side panel or a pop-up panel where you can do what you need.

Stand-alone agreements

At the bottom of the page, you will find the stand-alone agreements. These are agreements not tied to any program, but they are still part of your equity structure.

For each stand-alone agreement, you can see:

  • Receiver’s name

  • Type of shares or options

  • Exercise price (if applicable)

  • Vesting status

  • Exercised/vested amounts

  • Number of outstanding shares or options

  • Start date, end date, expiry date

  • Status

  • Terms

  • Whether the stakeholder has been invited as a user

These agreements also support actions via the three dots menu, depending on their status, just like program agreements.

Conclusion

The incentive agreements page gives you complete visibility and control over every equity agreement your company has issued, whether part of a program or stand-alone.

With clear summaries, detailed agreement views, and contextual actions based on status, this page ensures your incentive plan remains organized, compliant, and easy to manage.
