The purpose of the document page is to help you quickly find, manage, and organize all documents connected to any action you perform in the software, from issuing shares to creating valuation events.

You can access this page from the left-hand menu under “Documents.”

What you can do on the documents page

From this page, you can:

  • View the total number of uploaded documents

  • See which documents are still missing

  • Navigate documents by category

  • View, upload, or delete documents

  • Search for specific files

Let’s explore each section:

Track missing and total documents

At the top of the page, two highlighted numbers summarize the status of your documents:

  • Missing documents → These are files you indicated you would upload later during a process (such as issuing shares, completing an exercise, creating a valuation, etc.) but have not yet uploaded.

  • Total documents → The total number of documents currently stored in your workspace.

This helps you instantly see whether your document record is complete or if there are items that need your attention.

Browse documents by category

Below the summary, documents are organized into clear categories:

  • Governing documents (e.g., articles of association, shareholder agreements)

  • Financial instruments (options, convertibles, RSAs, warrants, etc.)

  • Transactions (share issuances, transfers, exercises)

  • Pools (option pools and related documentation)

  • Programs (option programs, vesting plans)

  • Valuations (valuation reports, tax value confirmations)

  • Stand-alone agreements (any additional contracts uploaded to the platform)

Clicking on any category opens the list of documents stored inside it.

From there, you can:

  • View any document

  • Delete a document if needed

  • Upload missing documents directly into the correct category

Search for specific documents

In the top right corner, you’ll find a search bar that lets you quickly locate any document by name.

This is useful when you know exactly what you’re looking for and want to avoid navigating through categories.

Conclusion

The documents page in Unlisted is your central hub for managing all files connected to your company’s equity and governance.

With clear categories, easy navigation, missing-document tracking, and a search tool, this page ensures that every document, from governing agreements to share issuances and valuations, is always organized, accessible, and complete.
